I like my Blue Crab boiled in a pre-made crab boil. You put them in the water while they are still alive. They usually grab a hold of each other with their claws when you try to take them out of the container they are in. There has been a few times we had to chase a loose crab around the kitchen. Boy are they fast.
Crawfish cornbread is delicious. It is very spicey, and reminds me more of as stuffing than a corn bread.

An other way to fix Crawfish is to boil them. People have Crawfish boils where they get a big pot and boil a lot of Crawfish and everyone digs in. Once you have them on your plate you have to know how to eat a Crawfish .
